Sun Hung Kai's Sierra Sea Set for Launch as Early as Next Month

Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) is preparing to launch its new residential project, Sierra Sea, located in Sai Sha.

According to the developer, the project is currently awaiting approval for its pre-sale consent and is expected to hit the market soon, potentially as early as next month. This launch will follow the release of Yoho West Parkside in Tin Shui Wai.

The Sierra Sea project, part of Phase 1A(2), consists of four residential buildings offering a total of 781 units. The development is expected to be completed by December this year, with a pre-sale period of about nine months. SHKP also announced that a transportation hub near the project, spanning over 46,000 square feet, will be operational when residents move in. The hub will provide services for three bus routes, enhancing accessibility for the area.
