Its discounted price is HK$2.998 million, making the price per square foot HK$9,963. For two-bedroom units, the lowest-priced option is in Block 3, 1st Floor, Unit C, with a usable area of 381 square feet and a discounted price of HK$3.9889 million, which equates to HK$10,233 per square foot. Among the three-bedroom units, the lowest-priced option is in Block 3, 1st Floor, Unit D, with a usable area of 574 square feet. Its discounted price is HK$5.4527 million, with a price per square foot of HK$9,499, making it the most affordable price per square foot in the first batch.
The developer announced that sales will begin on Thursday, with model units available for viewing starting tomorrow. Flexible and innovative payment plans are being offered, including one for one-bedroom units. Under this plan, buyers can enjoy a first-year interest-free monthly payment of HK$6,800, regardless of the unit’s price.
