SHKP's Sierra Sea Adds 118 Units From HK$3.148 Million

Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) has released an additional 118 units at its Sierra Sea development in Sai Sha. According to the latest price list, these units are offered with a maximum discount of 15%, bringing the discounted prices to between HK$3.148 million and HK$8.382 million. The discounted average price per square foot is HK$11,498. The developer announced that the sales arrangements would be uploaded as early as Tuesday (April 22), with the first round of sales scheduled for Saturday (April 26).

The newly released units, listed under Price List 3, include 118 standard apartments. Among these, there are 15 one-bedroom units, 67 two-bedroom units, and 36 three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 301 to 700 square feet. The price list indicates prices between HK$3.704 million and HK$9.862 million, or HK$12,044 to HK$14,944 per square foot. After applying the maximum 15% discount, the actual prices range from HK$3.148 million to HK$8.382 million, with discounted prices per square foot falling between HK$10,237 and HK$12,702.
