New World Development (0017) has submitted a proposal to rezone a plot of land in Sai Kung, which is currently designated for "road" use, to residential development. The plan includes constructing three 10-story residential buildings with a plot ratio of 1.5, providing a total of 280 residential units.
The proposed project site is located in Sai Kung (Survey District 221) and spans a total area of 97,300 square feet, including 27,900 square feet of government land. The development area covers 123,000 square feet.
The project also includes the construction of one basement level, a two-story resident clubhouse, and approximately 8,137.7 square feet of private open space. Additionally, 88 parking spaces will be provided, including 75 for private cars, 3 for motorcycles, and 10 public parking spaces. The project is expected to be completed by 2032, and the application involves five companies.
