Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) has launched the second price list for 117 units at Novo Land Phase 2A in Tuen Mun. The discounted average price per square foot is HK$13,896, marking a 4.5 percent increase from the previous list.
Maintaining sales momentum, SHKP will schedule another sales event this coming Saturday. This round will provide 186 units, with 154 of these units being available for sale via price lists.
In other news, Henderson Land (0012) has introduced its Sai Yeung Choi Street North project, now named "The Paddington". The developer is set to launch its first price list for about 100 units later this week.
"The Paddington" consists of two residential towers, collectively offering a total of 492 units.
Meanwhile, Yuexiu Property (0123) has agreed to pay HK$1.3 billion in land premium for a Yau Tong industrial site, to be converted into a residential area.
New World Development (0017) valued Hong Kong's construction supply chain market to be close to HK$400 billion. However, the company has pointed out that cash flow problems may pose a challenge in this market.
