Buyers Snap Up Over 50% of Prince Wesidence Flats

The rental project Prince Wesidence, located at 292 Prince Edward Road West and developed by the Chevalier International, was officially launched for lease earlier this month. According to the developer, the project has attracted more than 800 viewings in just over a week and a half. Over half of the units have already been leased, with the highest rent reaching HKD 64 per square foot.

More Than Half of Units Already Leased

Chevalier International’s Sales Marketing Manager, Tsang Ka-Chun, stated that more than half of the units in the project have already been leased. One-bedroom units are renting for between HK$16,000 and HK$23,000 per month, while two-bedroom units range from HK$26,600 to HK$36,000 per month. The highest recorded rent for the project so far is HK$64 per square foot.
