The estate is based on the 480,000 square feet MTR shopping mall "The LOHAS", which houses the largest ice rink in Hong Kong and the largest cinema in Tseung Kwan O, as well as large indoor and outdoor dining spaces. There is also an independent lobby connecting to the MONTARA residences. The estate is connected to the "LOHAS" shopping mall and can reach the MTR LOHAS Park Station within 5 minutes. The estate is surrounded by GARDEN MONTARA, Sunrise Park and Dynamic Park, and the green area in the area is 1 million square feet.
