Highland Park (English: Highland Park) is a "sandwich strata project" housing estate developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society. It is located at No. 11 Lai Kong Street, New Territories, Hong Kong (Kwai Chung City Lot No. 458) [1]. It is located on the plateau at the top of Lai King Hill Above, it was formerly the Lai King temporary housing area[2]. Some high-rise units are equipped with platforms or terraces. The space surrounding the building is equipped with a garden platform. The residents' clubhouse is located on the ground floor of Towers 5 and 6 and has a sundeck and outdoor swimming pool. It is the only mezzanine estate with a swimming pool.

terms of energy conservation, the architect analyzed the sun's trajectory and equipped the west-facing space with a 1.2-meter-deep sunshield to reduce heat energy absorption. Each unit is equipped with convection windows, and convection design is used from the building to the parking lot to reduce cramping and air-conditioning operation. The seating orientation of the platform garden can enjoy the southeast wind in summer, and the ventilation light wells in Blocks 3 to 6 can introduce southeast wind from the platform to enhance convection in the public corridor.
