According to the developer, the first batch includes 105 units with layouts ranging from one to three bedrooms. This comprises 14 one-bedroom units, 65 two-bedroom units, and 26 three-bedroom units, with saleable areas between 303 and 679 square feet.
The listed prices range from HK$3.312 million to HK$11.41 million, with prices per square foot between HK$10,604 and HK$17,389. After applying the maximum 5% discount and a 4% cash rebate for the 180-day payment plan, the discounted prices fall between HK$3.025 million and HK$10.407 million, with prices per square foot ranging from HK$9,670 to HK$15,858.
