Wheelock Properties has decided to increase the prices for the second batch of flats at Park Seasons in Lohas Park by 3.8 percent. The 78 flats in this new batch are now priced at HK$15,039 per square foot after discounts. Despite the price hike, the developer is set to launch sales for 168 flats this coming Saturday, with an average price of HK$14,632 per square foot after discounts.
Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, the executive director of Wheelock Properties, stated that the new batch is being offered at the original price to maintain the appeal of the project, although factors such as higher floor levels have been excluded from the pricing strategy.
In other market activity, a four-bedroom flat at Blue Coast in The Southside recently sold by tender for over HK$37.19 million.
Adding to the market's new offerings, Onmantin in Ho Man Tin, a joint venture by Great Eagle (0041) and MTR Corporation (0066), is set to release its first price list for at least 155 flats today. The developers have already opened show flats for phase IIA and phase IIB to attract potential buyers, with plans to commence sales for phase IIB first later this month.
Additionally, Topside Residence by CSI Properties (0497) in Jordan is expected to unveil its first price list this week, as the market continues to see robust activity and new developments.
