A G Wilkinson & Associates, a real estate management company based in Hong Kong, has stated that the property, which consists of six individual three-story luxury homes covering a total area of 7,971 square feet, holds the potential to evolve into a distinguished ultra-luxury residential site on Jardine's Lookout.
In related news, a repossessed unit in Kennedy Park At Central located in Mid-Levels has been scheduled for auction. The reserve price has been set at HK$68.9 million, a steep reduction of 45 percent from its price two years prior.
Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) has also announced the release of a new series of homes at Yoho West in Tin Shui Wai. The company is offering 185 apartments at an average price of HK$12,593 per square foot after discounts, marking a 15 percent increase compared to the price of the initial batch.
In other news, Chinachem's ventures have sold a total of 485 apartments this year, grossing HK$9.25 billion in sales. The group is optimistic that their sales will surpass the HK$10 billion mark by the end of the year.
