Developer expressed, the project had received sale approval and will announce price list next week at the soonest. The first batch includes 3 rooms units in building 1 and possibly involves 「Superme Residence 」 which is in 3 rooms. The intention sq ft price will refer to prices of new projects in same district such as One Regent Place and Yoho Midtown. It is not exclude be put on sale on New Year’s Day. The project has received about 5,000 inquires since promotion date. The brochure will be uploaded in these few days.
