Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) introduced its third price list on Tuesday, revealing an additional 170 flats at Yoho West in Tuen Mun to the property market. This move comes while other developers have chosen to unveil their new projects in the upcoming year.
The newly listed homes carry an average price tag of HK$12,437 per square foot, post-discounts, marking a 14 percent increment compared to the prices from the initial list. The price range for these 170 flats spans from HK$3.72 million to HK$10.97 million, discounts included.
This coming Saturday, SHKP plans to initiate the first sales round for 350 flats. The price range for these properties, after discounts, will vary between HK$3 million and HK$11 million.
In addition to Yoho West, The Uptown in Ma Tau Kok is also preparing for its sales launch. The first price list for this development features 30 flats, with prices kicking off at HK$8.5 million post-discount.
As the current year draws to a close, hundreds of new homes are poised to enter the market early in the next one.
Henderson Land Development (0012) plans to introduce two brand-new projects into the market in the next quarter, which will add 120 flats in Tai Po and 730 flats in Cheung Sha Wan. Henderson also announced the sale of 11 flats at Baker Circle Greenwich in Hung Hom for a total of HK$56.8 million this month.
Similarly, Chinachem is preparing to initiate sales for six new projects next year. These projects are expected to supply approximately 800 flats, with a development in Cheung Sha Wan slated for launch in the first quarter of the coming year.
