The first batch of 168 units includes 44 one-bedroom units, 122 two-bedroom units, and 2 three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 321 to 726 square feet. After discounts, prices start at HK$6.055 million and go up to HK$20.392 million, with per-square-foot prices ranging from HK$16,888 to HK$28,088. The average discounted price per square foot for this batch is HK$18,941.
According to the developer, the project has received over 4,000 registrations since pricing was announced, resulting in an oversubscription of nearly 28 times for the first 138 units. The newly released units are mainly located on mid to high floors, with prices consistent with the earlier launch.
This Saturday's sales event is expected to draw significant attention, given the project’s prime location and strong market response.
