New World Development’s latest project, State Pavilia in North Point, opened its one-bedroom show flat to the media yesterday (Feb 12). The show flat is a fully decorated unit that follows the standard handover specifications. According to the developer, the project has collected over 5,000 registrations. Based on the 168 units available in the first round of sales this Saturday, this represents an oversubscription of nearly 29 times.
Ho also announced that the developer will offer a special furniture package for selected one-bedroom units. Buyers can enjoy a furniture package at a discounted price of HK$120,000. This package includes eight pieces of designer furniture, such as dining tables and chairs. The eligible units include apartments A7, B6, B7 (6th to 35th floors), B8 (7th to 17th and 19th to 35th floors), and B9 (7th to 35th floors).
The new show flat’s design was based on Unit B8 on the 18th floor. This one-bedroom unit has a usable area of 351 square feet. The interior features warm wood tones, with a well-defined living room layout. The wall behind the sofa is adorned with a geometric-patterned tapestry by a European artist, adding an artistic flair. The curtains in the living room are designed to resemble art gallery pieces, enhancing the gallery-like atmosphere. The balcony and utility platform are equipped with wall lamps featuring State Pavilia’s signature patterns.
The bedroom offers a square, practical layout with a hotel-style three-in-one wardrobe that combines storage space, a dressing table, and a bedside table for maximum functionality. Both the dressing stool and the bed frame include additional storage compartments, providing flexible options for storing bedding and miscellaneous items.
The open kitchen is fitted with magnetic accessories and pull-down storage systems, allowing residents to organise and store kitchenware efficiently based on personal preferences. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of appliances, including an induction cooker, range hood, built-in steam oven, and built-in refrigerator.
In the bathroom, vibrant orange tiles are complemented by a khaki-coloured toilet and sink. A multi-functional washer-dryer combo is included, with a washer on the lower section and a clothing rack above for drying. The bathroom also features a bathroom buddy system for one-stop laundry care. Additionally, a versatile mirrored cabinet provides ample storage space for toiletries, making it easy for residents to keep the bathroom tidy.
