On September 24, New World Development (0017) and Far East Consortium (0035) launched the sales brochure for Harbour Forest II, the first phase of The Pavilia Forest, a new residential project located in the Kai Tak runway area. The project will offer a total of 750 units, with the smallest starting at 262 square feet. The development primarily focuses on two-bedroom units, which make up over 86% of the total offerings. The project is expected to be launched soon, with the completion date projected for August 31, 2025.
The available unit types range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom layouts. The one-bedroom units have a saleable area between 262 and 287 square feet, while the two-bedroom units range from 381 to 451 square feet. Additionally, there are special units with areas between 437 and 451 square feet.
The smallest unit is located in Tower 2, from the 1st to the 29th floor, with a saleable area of 262 square feet and a one-bedroom layout. The largest unit, located in Tower 3, on the 3rd and 5th to 29th floors, has a saleable area of 451 square feet, featuring a two-bedroom layout.
