The unit, located in Block 3, Ground Floor unit B, along with its renovation and a parking space, boasts a saleable area of 4,431 square feet and includes four bedrooms. The transaction price was close to HK$210 million, with a price per square foot of HK$47,055.
This garden house features a saleable area of 4,431 square feet plus a 2,130-square-foot private garden. The layout includes four en-suite bedrooms, two maid's rooms, and one residential parking space. So far, Mont Verra has sold a total of 24 units, with total sales exceeding HK$8 billion.
For this year alone, the development has recorded 19 transactions, generating approximately HK$6.9 billion. To date, the 24 units sold have fetched over HK$8.1 billion, with an average price per square foot of approximately HK$62,000.
Mont Verra comprises five residential towers of 61 large apartments and three exclusive villas. The saleable area of the apartments ranges from 3,466 to 8,583 square feet, including standard apartments, garden units, and penthouses with rooftop terraces. The three luxury villas feature saleable areas between 11,382 and 11,692 square feet. Each villa is equipped with over 10,000 square feet of private gardens, a swimming pool, a private lift, and a personal parking garage.
