Early Light International announced the release of a new price list (Price List No. 4) for its Tuen Mun development, Gold Coast Bay The Reserve. The latest batch offers 88 units with an average discounted price of HK$11,388 per square foot. The units range from one- to three-bedroom layouts, with prices starting at HK$2.946 million and going up to HK$7.828 million, translating to discounted per-square-foot prices of HK$9,412 to HK$12,935.
According to the developer, this batch primarily consists of premium high-floor units, resulting in a price increase of approximately 2% for some of the units. A total of 133 units will be available for purchase this Saturday, the fourth day of the Lunar New Year, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The new price list includes 88 units, comprising 43 one-bedroom units, 35 two-bedroom units, 6 three-bedroom units, and 4 special platform units. The usable areas of the units range from 271 to 655 square feet. After applying a maximum 12% discount, the effective prices range from HK$2.946 million to HK$7.828 million, with discounted per-square-foot prices between HK$9,412 and HK$12,935. The cheapest flat is unit J on the 5th floor of Block 1A, featuring a usable area of 313 square feet, a one-bedroom layout, and a discounted price of HK$2.946 million, equivalent to HK$9,412 per square foot.
