Elize Park has unveiled its first price list for 30 luxury apartments in Mong Kok, setting the entry price at HK$6 million.
On average, these residences command HK$26,688 per square foot, marking a 27 per cent price surge compared to Garden Crescent in Ho Man Tin, which was launched last year.
The newly offered units consist of 14 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom options, with sizes varying from 243 square feet to 341 square feet.
Prospective buyers are provided with flexible payment options. They can settle the full payment upon completion of construction or opt to pay within 180 days following the initial deposit. To sweeten the deal, Elize Park is extending up to 4 per cent in discounts, positioning the units in a price bracket ranging from HK$6 million to HK$9.53 million.
The first 10 purchasers will be welcomed with an exclusive bonus – a bespoke furniture gift voucher worth over HK$68,000.
Elize Park is set to expand its offering to a total of 52 flats and has slated the commencement of construction for June this year.
Carol Chow Pui-yin, the founder of Lofter – the development company behind Elize Park – expressed strong optimism about the project. She highlighted Elize Park's status as a luxury residential property and its high potential for investment appreciation.
Meanwhile, Wang On Properties (1243) has cut down the prices of one-bedroom apartments at Larchwood in Mong Kok to HK$7 million in its latest price list, offering discounts between 5 to 10 percent.
Elsewhere in Hong Kong's property market, Jessville in Pok Fu Lam has reported a recent transaction of HK$15.88 million. The sold property is a sizable 1,431 square foot apartment located on the 12th floor of Jessville Tower, including a parking space in the deal.
