Shimao has officially named its luxury residential project in Beacon Hill, Kowloon, as Beacon Peak. The development will set to unveil its show flats to the public next week.
Eric Wong Tsz-yan, the sales and marketing controller at Adventure Success, a subsidiary of Shimao, said the project is being developed in two phases.
Phase 1 consists of six towers with 322 units.
The units on offer are two-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts, with some featuring three en-suite bedrooms.
Additionally, there are duplex units available. The sales brochure is in its final stages and will be uploaded shortly.
On January 1, the developer opened a furnished show flat to the press for preview. The unit, located in Block 2, 19/F, Flat A of Phase 1, has a usable area of 1,711 square feet.
