One Madison中低層2房減價$1,000以$1.55萬租出享回報約3.3厘

香港置業西九龍四小龍分行首席聯席董事謝啟源表示，該行日前促成一宗One Madison的租務成交，租出單位為One Madison 中低層C室，實用面積約502平方呎，建築面積約695平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東南望市景，業主以$1.65萬放租，雙方經議價後減價$1,000，以月租$1.55萬租出，實用呎租約$30.9，建築呎租約$22.3，低市價約10%。

資料顯示，業主於2013年3月以約$560萬購入上述單位，若以現時的租金水平計算，業主可享回報約3.3厘。
