美聯物業東九龍尚珒溋分行助理營業董事謝錦成表示，成交單位為OASIS KAI TAK 5座低層A室，實用面積509方呎，屬2房梗廚間隔，向東，景觀開揚，內櫳企理，斥資$1,045萬承接自用，據悉較單位原叫價$1,060萬，輕微議減$15萬，折合實用呎價約$20,530。

資料顯示，原業主於2017年9月以$997.5萬購入，是次轉手帳面獲利$47.5萬，計及洗費後料蝕讓離場。
