The luxury property at 46 Plantation Road, owned by the established Ho’s Family, has been sold for HK$1.1 billion. This marks the largest single sale since the recent stamp duty relaxation. The property, which includes four villas, had its brochure uploaded at the end of 2022, with sales arrangements listed in February last year.

According to transaction records, all four villas were sold today for a total of HK$1.1 billion. The villas, labeled units A to D, range from 4,060 to 4,432 square feet. Each villa features four en-suite bedrooms, terraces, gardens, swimming pools, rooftops, and parking spaces. The average price per square foot is HK$64,759.

The property was completed in 2007. Each three-story villa includes private gardens, swimming pools, and two parking spaces, with stunning views of Victoria Harbour. Previously rented with luxurious interiors, the villas attracted tenants with monthly rents up to HK$380,000, or HK$91 per square foot. Recently, the strategy shifted from leasing to selling.
