世紀21怡和地產經理尹美嫦表示，該行新近促成黃竹坑居屋南濤閣1座中層B室，實用面積589平方呎，3房間隔，座向西北，享單邊開揚景及遊艇會海景，單位附設企理裝修，原開價$598萬，獲白居二買家洽購，累減$38萬，成功以$560萬(綠表價) 承接，實用面積平均呎價$9,508。

尹美嫦指出，原業主於1999年2月購入上址，當時作價$180萬(未補地價)，持貨逾25年至今沽售，賬面獲利$380萬，單位期內升值2倍。
