世紀21富山(香港)地產董事表示，市場成交翠竹花園8座低層G室，單位實用面積592平方呎，三房兩廳設計，望東南面開揚景。新近獲綠表買家以居二市場價$342萬成交，實用面積呎價為$5,777。

據了解，單位業主原叫價為$400萬，放盤兩個月，最終減價$58萬便告成交，減幅達14.5%。原業主於1998年以$45.8萬（未補地價）購入至今，持貨26年帳面升值$296.2萬，期間大幅升值6.5倍。
