鰂魚涌君豪峰中層開放式月租$1.55萬回報約2.9厘

美聯物業太古城-齊宮閣分行區域經理吳肇基表示，該行剛促成鰂魚涌君豪峰一個234實呎戶開放式租盤成交，由於單位租金銀碼吸引，故獲租客以呎租$64承接，2018年貨租金回報約3厘水平。

吳肇基稱，該行促成的鰂魚涌君豪峰一個中層A室租盤成交，實用面積約為234呎，為開放式間隔，業主近期叫租約$1.55萬，由於屋苑樓齡淺，以及鄰近港鐵站，出入交通方便，加上單位銀碼吸引，故獲租客鍾情，輕微議價後以月租$1.55萬成交，折合實用呎租約為$64。

業主於2018年8月以約$629.3萬購入上述物業，若以目前租金計算，租金回報約2.9厘。
