鰂魚涌君豪峰中層開放式月租$1.55萬 回報約2.9厘

美聯物業太古城-齊宮閣分行區域經理吳肇基表示,該行剛促成鰂魚涌君豪峰一個234實呎戶開放式租盤成交,由於單位租金銀碼吸引,故獲租客以呎租$64承接,2018年貨租金回報約3厘水平。

吳肇基稱,該行促成的鰂魚涌君豪峰一個中層A室租盤成交,實用面積約為234呎,為開放式間隔,業主近期叫租約$1.55萬,由於屋苑樓齡淺,以及鄰近港鐵站,出入交通方便,加上單位銀碼吸引,故獲租客鍾情,輕微議價後以月租$1.55萬成交,折合實用呎租約為$64。

業主於2018年8月以約$629.3萬購入上述物業,若以目前租金計算,租金回報約2.9厘。
