美聯物業上東嘉亨灣(2)分行高級區域經理佘錦驊表示，該行剛促成鯉景灣觀峰閣一個低層A室單位，實用面積約為797平方呎，建築面積約為884平方呎，為三房連套房及連露台間隔，單位間隔實用，議價後以$960萬成交，折合實用呎價約為$12,045，建築呎價約為$10,860。

原業主於1999年6月份以約$439.8萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$520.2萬，物業升值約118%。
