鯉景灣怡昌閣低層2房戶租盤成交月租$20,000

美聯物業上東嘉亨灣分行高級區域經理佘錦驊表示，該行剛促成鯉景灣一個494實呎租盤成交，同區租客月租$20,000承接單位，長情業主是次放租的租金回報高達7厘。

佘錦驊稱，該行剛促成鯉景灣怡昌閣一個低層F室單位，實用面積約為494呎，建築面積約為577呎，為兩房間隔，同區客鍾情單位間隔方正實用，加上租金合理，故以月租$20,000承接，折合實用呎租約為$40.5，建築呎租約為$34.7。

業主早於1994年12月份以約$352萬購入上述物業，若以目前租金計算，租金回報率高達約6.8厘。
