美聯物業馬鞍山 - 新港城中心分行 (2) 助理區域經理陳少鴻表示，撤辣效應下，二手市場不少放盤出現反價及封盤，該行最新促成馬鞍山雅濤居785實呎戶追價3次終成交，區內自用家斥$1,016.8萬承接。

陳少鴻表示，成交單位為馬鞍山雅濤居2座高層B室，實用面積約785平方呎，屬3房連儲物室間隔。據悉，單位撤辣前以$990萬放售，及後曾反價至$1,016萬後，再反價至$1,016.8萬，實用呎價約$12,953。

資料顯示，業主於2014年以$778萬購入單位，持貨10年，帳面獲利逾$238.8萬。
