世紀21奇豐物業迎海分行區域經理趙詠欣表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山雅濤居成交，單位為2座高層B室，實用面積785平方呎，屬3房間隔，望全海景，單位原開價$1,300萬，放盤1年，減$120萬至$1,180萬獲買家承接，實用面積平均呎價$15,032。

據了解，原業主早於1998年4月購入上址，當時作價$616萬，持貨25年至今轉售，賬面獲利$564萬，單位期內升值92%。
