世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山雅典居成交，單位為6座高層C室，實用面積874平方呎，3房2廳間隔，座向西北享海景，單位放盤時叫價$1,100萬，放盤半年，其後調整至$1,030萬連車位沽售，實用面積呎價$11,785。

據了解，原業主於1994年12月以$483萬購入上址，持貨近30年至今易手，賬面獲利$547萬，單位期內升值1.1倍。
