世紀21奇豐物業新港城中心區域經理莊瑞生表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山雅典居成交，單位為3座低層B室，實用面積874平方呎，3房間隔，座向東面享海景，單位放盤時叫價$930萬，放盤2個月，其後調整至$898萬沽售，實用面積呎價$10,275。

據了解，原業主於1997年3月以620萬購入上址，持貨27年至今易手，賬面獲利$278萬，單位期內升值45%。
