世紀21奇豐物業新港城中心區域經理莊瑞生表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山雅典居5座低層B室，實用面積874平方呎，3房間隔，座向東北享海景，單位放盤時叫價$1,100萬，放盤半年，其後調整至$1,020萬連車位沽售，實用面積平均呎價$11,670。

據了解，原業主於2003年4月以$275萬購入上址，持貨21年至今易手，賬面獲利$745萬，單位期內升值2.7倍。
