世紀21奇豐-黎健峯董事表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山雅典居成交，單位為1座中層C室，實用面積874平方呎，3房間隔，座向西北享海景，單位放盤時叫價$1,100萬，減價$72萬，以$1,028萬連車位沽售，實用面積平均呎價$11,762。

據了解，原業主於2007年12月以$548萬購入上址，持貨18年至今易手，賬面獲利$480萬，單位期內升值88%。
