世紀21奇豐物業海栢分行助理區域營業董事鄭達昌表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山錦龍苑成交，單位為龍耀閣(C座) 高層10室，實用面積401平方呎，2房1廳間隔，座向西南望山景，放盤半年，原叫價$450萬，成功以$415萬(自由市場價) 沽售，實用面積呎價$10,349。

據了解，原業主於2008年7月以$153萬(已補地價) 購入上址，持貨15年至今沽售，賬面獲利$262萬，單位期內升值1.7倍。
