世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山錦龍苑成交，單位為龍耀閣(C座)低層08單位，實用面積401平方呎，2房2廳間隔，座向北面望園景，放盤半年，原叫價$270萬，減幅5.6%，終以$254.8萬(居二市場價)沽售，實用面積呎價$6,354。

據了解，原業主於1993年5月以$49萬(未補地價)購入上址，單位31年至今易手，賬面獲利$205.8萬，單位期內升值4.2倍。
