世紀21奇豐物業迎海分行區域經理趙詠欣表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山錦龍苑龍悅閣(A座) 高層10室，實用面積554平方呎，3房間隔，座向西面望樓景，放盤2年，原叫價$600萬，累減$70萬，終以$530萬(自由市場價) 沽售，實用面積平均呎價$9,567。

據了解，原業主於2018年5月以$593萬(已補地價) 購入上址，單位6年至今易手，賬面虧蝕$63萬，單位期內跌11%。
