世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山錦豐苑錦蕙閣(C座) 中層01室，實用面積647平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向東北望園景。單位原叫價$480萬，放盤2個月，以$465萬(居二市場價) 沽出，實用面積平均呎價$7,187。

據了解，原業主於2007年6月以$138萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨17年至今沽售，賬面獲利$327萬，單位期內升值近2.4倍。
