世紀21奇豐物業天宇海分行經理黃宗信表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山錦豐苑成交，單位為錦葵閣(E座)中層16室，實用面積642平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向東南望園景。單位原叫價$478萬，放盤8個月，以$478萬（居二市場價）沽出，實用面積呎價$7,445。

據了解，原業主於1997年5月以$127萬（未補地價）購入上址，持貨27年至今沽售，賬面獲利$351萬，單位期內升值2.7倍。
