世紀21奇豐-黎健峯董事表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山錦暉苑成交，單位為中層08室，實用面積283平方呎，開放式間隔，向西南望市景。單位原叫價$265萬，放盤3個月，減幅7.2%，以$246萬(居二市價價) 沽出，實用面積平均呎價$8,693。

據了解，原業主於2020年10月以$205萬購入上址，持貨逾4年至今將單位易手，賬面獲利$41萬，單位期內升20%。
