馬鞍山迎濤灣2座高層議價後以$878萬獲承接

中原地產馬鞍山天宇海分行分區營業經理陳鴻霆表示，馬鞍山迎濤灣本月暫錄3宗成交，屋苑新近錄得2座高層A室，單位建築面積953平方呎，實用面積729平方呎，3房連套房間隔，早前叫價約$880萬，議價後以$878萬獲承接，實用平均呎價$12,044。

據了解，原業主於2011以$564萬購入單位，持貨11年，賬面獲利約$314萬離場，單位期內升值約55.7%。
