馬鞍山迎海3座高層2房戶減價$80萬以$700萬成交

世紀21奇豐物業 - 張翠珊經理表示，該行近日促成馬鞍山迎海一宗二手成交，單位放盤半年累減$80萬，最終獲買家承接。

成交單位為迎海3座高層B室，實用面積491平方呎，屬2房2廳間隔，座向東北，外望開揚景致。單位原以$780萬放盤，期間累減$80萬或約10.3%，以$700萬成交，折合實用呎價約$14,257。

資料顯示，原業主於2015年5月以$670萬購入單位，持貨近10年，是次轉手帳面獲利$30萬，升值約4%。
