世紀21奇豐物業 - 胡國強經理表示，新近錄得馬鞍山迎海‧星灣成交，單位為18座中層A室，實用面積797呎，屬3房(1套)間隔，座向北面望海景，單位放盤僅2日，原叫價$1,260萬，獲買家以$1,168萬承接，減幅7.3%，實用面積呎價$14,655。

據了解，原業主於2014年2月購入上址，當時作價$980萬，持貨11年至今沽售，賬面獲利$188萬，單位期內升值19%。
