馬鞍山觀瀾雅軒議價後以$716.8萬成交

美聯物業-楊震霆經理表示，最新促成馬鞍山觀瀾雅軒5座中層F室，實用面積586平方呎，採2房設計。據悉，原業主以$730萬放盤後獲新買家洽詢，雙方經議價後以$716.8萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$12,232。新買家原為租客，因認為現時租金高，並心儀單位享馬鞍山海景，故連續睇樓三星期後決定購入單位。

資料顯示，原業主2010年以$404萬購入單位，持貨15年帳面獲利$312.8萬，單位升值約77.4%。
