世紀21奇豐-黎健峯董事表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山觀瀾雅軒2座中層B室，實用面積933平方呎，3房間隔，座向西北，望海景。單位放盤1年，叫價$1,250萬元，累減$120萬，獲買家以$1,130萬承接，減幅9.6%，實用面積平均呎價$12,111。

據了解，原業主於2000年9月以$445萬上址，持貨逾24年至今沽出，賬面獲利$685萬離場，單位期內升值1.5倍。
