世紀21奇豐物業海典灣分行區域經理胡佩碧表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山薈朗1座低層A06室，實用面積283平方呎，屬1房間隔，座向東面望遠景，放盤6個月，單位叫價$390萬，獲買家以$350萬承接，減幅達10.3%，實用面積平均呎價$12,367。

據了解，原業主於2016年9月購入上址，當時作價$390萬，持貨8年至今轉售，賬面虧蝕$40萬，單位期內跌10%。
