馬鞍山薈朗開放式獲買家以$282萬承接 賬面虧蝕$10萬

世紀21奇豐-鄭達昌董事表示,該行新近錄得馬鞍山薈朗成交,單位為1座中層B01室,實用面積229平方呎,屬開放式間隔,座向西北望市景,放盤1個月,單位叫價$300萬,獲買家以$282萬承接,減幅6%,實用面積平均呎價$12,314。

據了解,原業主於2018年9月購入上址,當時作價$292萬,持貨7年至今轉售,賬面虧蝕$10萬,單位期內跌3%。
