世紀21奇豐物業馬鞍山市中心分行經理張翠珊表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山聽濤雅苑的一筆成交。單位為9座高層B室，實用面積788平方呎，配置3房2廳，朝向西北，可欣賞海景。該單位放盤3個月，原叫價$880萬，最終累減$12萬，由買家以$868萬承接，實用面積的呎價為$11,015。

據了解，原業主於2018年2月以$986萬購入該單位，持有約6年，最終以虧損$118萬離場，反映該單位在持有期內價格下跌了12%。
