世紀21奇豐物業雲海分行高級分行經理蔡蓓表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山翠擁華庭的一筆成交。單位為8座中層F室，實用面積844平方呎，配置為3房2廳，朝向西北，可欣賞海景。該單位放盤2個半月，原叫價$900萬，經過累計減價$32萬，最終以$868萬成交，實用面積的呎價為$10,284。

據了解，原業主於2012年3月以$582萬購入上述單位，持有約12年，最終以賬面獲利$286萬離場，該單位在持有期內價格升值達49%。
