馬鞍山翠擁華庭累減$40萬至$620萬獲買家承接

世紀21奇豐物業海栢分行助理區域營業董事鄭達昌表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山翠擁華庭成交，單位為15座低層A室，實用面積675平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向西北望園景，放盤1年，原叫價$660萬，累減$40萬至$620萬獲買家承接，實用面積平均呎價$9,185。

據了解，原業主於2000年5月購入上述單位，當時作價$293萬，持貨24年至今沽售，賬面獲利$327萬離場，單位期內升1倍。
